In the kingdom, the Holyspirit is the governor of the believers here on earth, the activator, enabler and the performer Luke 4:1. In order to be under the rulership/influence of the Holyspirit, you have to be filled with the Holyspirit
At rebirth, you’re baptized by the spirit. This purifies your spirit and restores you into connection with God that’s what called being born again…all through the working of the Holyspirit
But…this is not just enough, why? You can be born again and still be tempted, sin…because you naturally yield more to your flesh than the spirit, if you’re not led by the Spirit Gal 5:16-18
Remember, as many as are led by the spirit…
To be led by the spirit, you have to be filled with or full of the spirit/Holyghost
When you’re filled with the spirit, you come directly under the influence and activation of the spirit and as a result, power/anointing comes upon you Acts 1:8

2. As a result of fellowship, there’ll be in filling of the spirit from time to time (prayer, word, worship and of course meeting with the brethren to do same Heb 10:25)
