• vs 5 this is the mandate that God gave to his disciples, to should reach out to the lost sheep.
• We are Israelites spiritually because now we know God and belong to HIM
• We have a message to the lost sheep of God
• Who are the lost sheep now? The Christians who have left the faith, who have backslidden.
• The message today is for people that have left the faith
• God is more interested in the people who have left the faith
• The parable of the prodigal son shows the heart of God towards the lost sheep
• God wants us to go after those people who have once been in the faith. That is his assignment for us.
• How do you know who God is sending you to?
• It is the people that God surrounds you with.
• Some people have left the faith because they have not received help for their needs.
• Galatians 6:10 – God wants us to meet the needs of people around us.
• James 2:15 – We should help people with the things we have
• The parable of the sheep and the goats. We must help those in need especially our brethren
• We need to bring all the people around us back to Christ.
• God sees all we do in secret.
• Let us encourage each other and show God’s love to those around us.
